About the role
We are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to work shoulder-to-shoulder with our customers, building the solutions that make their AI systems actually work. You'll sit on a customer's team and own outcomes end-to-end, things like: Wiring their applications into Arthur's telemetry and evaluation systems, building custom UI components and dashboards, writing the queries and integrations that expose evals and guardrails to their users, etc. Just as importantly, you'll serve as a feedback loop back into product, where the patterns you discover building bespoke solutions become the primitives and features that ship to everyo
