Job Overview

Our client, a growing renewable energy business focused on commercial and industrial solar PV and battery energy storage solutions, is seeking a highly organised and client-focused Fund Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg.

This is a key role within the business, working closely with the CFO and Business Development Team to support and coordinate the execution of a capital raise.

You will act as the central coordination point between investors, distributors, advisors and internal stakeholders, ensuring that onboarding, compliance, documentation and communication workflows are managed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional attention to detail and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders and processes simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Capital Raise Coordination

• Work closely with the CFO and Business Development Team on the day-to-day execution of the capital raise.
• Maintain an accurate overview of all activities, workflows, outstanding actions and deadlines.
• Track progress across investors, distribut
