About the Role
As Lead Training & Workforce Services, you will build the central capability that qualifies the people who operate, maintain and support ARX systems. You will translate maintenance tasks, repair responsibilities, customer commitments and workforce demand into qualification profiles, practical training, certification and a scalable train-the-trainer model for current and future customer and service hubs.
What You'll Build
- Role-based qualification profiles: define profiles derived from maintenance levels, task analysis, repair responsibilities, LORA logic and the actual scope of each hub or customer organisation.
- A technical training architecture: create curricula, practical modules, materials, assessments and update routines for technicians and other service roles.
- A train-the-trainer model: establish a multiplier approach that enables hubs to train and qualify their own personnel consistently while retaining central standards.
