In high-stakes environments where our systems operate, safety and reliability are absolute. As our Senior Safety Engineer, you are central to that mission. You will shape the engineering practices that make our autonomous ground systems safe, dependable, and maintainable throughout their entire lifecycle from the first design sketch to final deployment in the field.

Working closely with our systems, hardware, and software teams, you will identify risks early and build resilience into every layer of our technology. Your work ensures that the security forces who rely on our products can trust them to perform, every time. What You’ll Build

• Establish and lead the safety and reliability function across our system development programs, setting the standard for how we embed resilience into our products
• Define and maintain traceable safety and reliability requirements that guide our systems from concept through to delivery
