Developer Advocate

We’re looking for an experienced Developer Advocate in our SF Office. Our work informs teams at every level of the company and drives key roadmap decisions. Asana’s developer platform is growing, and we need a credible external voice in the developer and AI community. This role is about presence, trust, and distribution. You will represent Asana in the spaces where developers and builders actually live: on social media, at conferences, in forums, and through the content you create, and you will represent those developers at Asana.

We’re looking for the kind of person other developers follow because they consistently reinforce a trusted feedback loop between developers and the companies they’re building with. We need someone who can speak with real authority on agents and agentic workflows — and can articulate, better than anyone outside the company, how Asana creates value in an agentic world. If people in your corner of the developer community already look to you for approaches to AI, agentic workflows, and/or productivity tooling, we want to talk.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
