GTM Systems Analyst
The Role
Ashby's GTM engine runs on a set of interconnected systems. Keeping them accurate, efficient, and trusted is the foundation everything else is built on. As our GTM Systems Analyst, you'll own the daily maintenance and configuration of technical layer that powers our Go-to-Market organization: the CRM configurations, integration architecture, and data quality practices that let our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams move fast with confidence.
This role sits within Revenue Operations, the horizontal function that makes the entire GTM system work. You'll be embedded in daily operations (triaging issues, implementing new tooling, and translating business requirements into scalable configurations) while also contributing to longer-term systems strategy as we move up-market and expand our product suite.
