Assistant, HPC Install

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Insulation Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of construction and home improvement tasks and enjoy working with basic tools. Key Responsibilities:

• Work with lead installer on residential insulation and ductwork: Serve existing customers by assisting lead installers with installing ductwork. Gather components, parts, and tools to complete the installation following all quality and safety standards. Ensure necessary tools and equipment for each job are present. Attend training meetings and continue professional development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues: Work with the lead installer to complete projects from start to finish paying close attention to details.  Educate customers on the use of the new systems.
• Conduct maintenance and repair: Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance to ensure reliability and efficiency. Complete repairs and offer recommendations for ongoing maintenance.
