Transitioning Incumbents to ASI – U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) FIAR Program

ASI Government is preparing to support the U.S. Army Reserve Command (USARC) G-8 Finance & Accounting audit readiness mission for FY2027. We know that experienced incumbents are what make this program work. Our goal is to give each of you a smooth, low-disruption transition that keeps you doing the work you already know.

If you currently support the USARC FIAR program at Headquarters or at a Readiness Division, this post is for you.

What We're Doing Now

We're actively preparing for the transition and are currently:

  • Collecting incumbent information, so we understand your current role, location, and status on the program
  • Collecting resumes, so we can map your experience to the FY2027 positions
  • Scheduling calls with each incumbent to walk through the transition, answer questions, and discuss next steps

Program Scope

The FY2027 effort covers audit readiness and remediation at USARC HQ and across the Readiness Divisions. Areas of work include:

  • FIAR and SBR audit readiness
  • Reporting, training, research and analysis, and DAR-Q
  • NFR management and CAP development
  • MICP support
  • Problem disbursement resolution
  • SOP development
  • Forensic audit
  • Financial help desk support
  • Defense Travel administration
  • Financial management certification support
