Senior Learning & Capability Analyst

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Senior Training and Skills Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of training across the organisation, including skills development, competency assessments, certification management and quality assurance activities. They will play a key role in ensuring employees have the knowledge, skills and qualifications required to meet business and operational objectives.

The successful candidate will design, develop and maintain a comprehensive training database for all employees. Working closely with the Heads of Operations, Maintenance, Health, Safety, Security and Environment (HSSE), Finance and Services, they will implement training and development processes, manage learning content and support workforce capability initiatives. The role will also involve liaising with training coordinators across the organisation to ensure a consistent and effective approach to training, competency management and compliance
