Sales Director
This is an exempt position with a base salary range of $110,000-$130,000 + uncapped commission
What we need you to do:
Drive New Business Growth
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quota through new client acquisition within assigned territory.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using a disciplined sales process
- Effectively communicate Assembly Health’s value proposition to executive-level decision-makers at Private Practices and/or Physician run organizations.
Territory Ownership & Strategy
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on high-value prospects in the region.
