Business Analyst

 

ASSYST is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the Governance and Demand Management functions in Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)

The Business Analyst will collaborate across business units including Project Management, IT Service Management, Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Portfolio Management to analyze processes, document requirements, and evaluate technology demands for impact, dependencies, risks, and resource considerations.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse & Document: Map current workflows to identify automation opportunities, gaps, risks, and cost-benefit improvements, documenting process maps, use cases, and requirements.
• Facilitate & Align: Host stakeholder sessions to separate core business needs from specific tools and align technical solutions with departmental strategy.
• Intake & Evaluate: Manage and refine technology requests, evaluating them for business value, cost, scope, resource needs, and operational impact.
• Coordinate & Trace: Consult (Security, Architecture, PMO) to prepare analytical repo
