This Role

The Business Strategy & Quality Coordinator supports ATC’s strategic objectives, quality management systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role provides coordination, reporting, analysis, and administrative support to help maintain compliance, drive operational excellence, and support data-driven decision-making across the business.

Working closely with teams across Operations, Transportation, Technical Services, Control Tower, and Business Services, the coordinator assists with maintaining ATC’s Integrated Management System (IMS), quality certifications, performance reporting, and improvement projects.
