How You Will Make an Impact
Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Dredge Manager to serve as the operational and technical owner of our dredge mining operations in the Permian Basin. This role is responsible for day-to-day dredge production, personnel leadership, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement across two high-throughput dredges, each capable of producing up to 1,500 tons per hour.
This is a high-impact opportunity to build systems, standards, and processes from the ground up in a growing dredge operation. Success in this role
