How You Will Make an Impact:
The Operations Supervisor provides technical support for the safe and efficient operation of the Dune Express. Duties include but are not limited to: coordinating operational demands for each shift, planning sand transfers from 115/874, assisting maintenance in repairing equipment such as conveyors, compressors, pumps, diesel engines and control devices. Assist in troubleshooting issues, repairs, failures of production and facilities equipment and ensures maximum efficiency and effectiveness of operations. Work with planner/scheduler and production supervisors on coordinating jobs and plant downtime. Help develop SOP’s and PM’s to improve plant operations and mechanic job skills.
