The Role
We are looking for Norwegian native speakers with good English skills (B2 level or higher 🇬🇧) who want to start or continue their career in Customer Support.

Even if you have no previous experience, this role gives you the opportunity to grow in a professional and international environment. You will be helping customers, solving problems and creating positive experiences every single day.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful at this job?

• Language Maestro: Fluent in Norwegian, good English

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• A problem-solving, can-do mindset

• Comfortable using computer systems and multitasking between tools

• Patience, empathy and a positive attitude

• Availability to work in shifts

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clean criminal record

• B2+ English level

• Availability to relocate to Portugal
