Requirements

What does your day-to-day in this role look like: 

• Deliver digital customer support, handling inquiries, debt communication, service-related questions and sales opportunities while contributing to revenue and company objectives.
  
• Manage and respond to requests from customers and external authorities (police, judicial and regulatory bodies, ombudsman), ensuring accurate, compliant and timely case resolution.
  
• Oversee case documentation, billing and collection processes, guaranteeing proper system records, revenue reconciliation and financial accuracy.
