We are offering a work opportunity as a Tech Support Agent. Our client is a leading manufacturer in drone business.
Joining this Team you will be:
- Responsible for providing Multilingual presales consultation services to users through various channels such as phone, online, and email.
- Responsible for providing users professional solutions of presales inquiries, including purchase recommendation and order related issue like invoice, stock-checking, shipping status, logistics exception etc.;
- Properly handle customer complaints and comfort customer's emotions, establish good
communication with users, and enhance user experience;
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing user feedback to optimize existing products and service processes;
- Responsible for collaborating with other team members to achieve department goals.
