The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Fulfilment Associate to own visa processing and customer operations for Atlys in Dubai.
You’ll manage applications end to end, guide customers through documentation and profile creation, resolve operational issues in real time, and provide on-ground support when needed.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine operational rigour with strong customer judgment, while helping us improve how fulfilment works and expand what we can offer travellers in the UAE. The role is based in-office in Dubai and operates on a 6-day work week.
