Associate Director, Data Engineering, Measurement
Technology & Analytics | The Builders and Translators
We are a 1,000-piece puzzle. Each of us is essential, interconnected, and intentionally designed. Together, we create something powerful: media that matters, growth that lasts, and a culture we are proud to build.
As part of our Technology & Analytics team, you are one of the Builders and Translators, turning complex data, emerging technologies, and innovative ideas into practical solutions that help our entire agency work smarter. You connect human expertise with the power of technology, building the data foundations that power measurement, attribution, reporting, and more intentional decision-making.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
At Attention Arc, we believe technology should amplify human expertise, not replace it. And when it comes to media measurement, that starts with data people can trust.
As our Associate Director, Data Engineering, Measurement, you'll help shape how data is collected, connected, structured, governed, and activated across the agency. You'll bring the technical expertise and architectural judgment needed to build reliable, scalable data systems that support accurate measurement, meaningful insights, and better business decisions.
