About the role

Attio's core differentiation is its ability to adapt to each customer's unique GTM motion. That puts Solutions Engineers at the forefront of driving value for prospects and customers, helping them tailor the platform to their business and driving close rates, adoption, and retention along the way.

This is a foundational people-manager hire: you'll bring scale, efficiency, and consistency to the team as it grows from a group of early, first-in-the-door SEs into a global, scaled org. You'll own and grow a team of SMB and Mid-Market Solutions
