Job Description
Within the boutique, your main mission will be to support the Boutique Director in driving overall boutique performance by delivering an exceptional and highly personalized customer experience, contributing to business objectives and leading the team by example in line with Audemars Piguet's standards, values and retail vision.
As Audemars Piguet's first official boutique in Australia, this role represents a unique opportunity to contribute to the establishment and development of the brand's presence in the market while playing a key role in fostering excellence across client experience, team performance and boutique operations.
In this context, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Boutique Director in the day-to-day management of the boutique, ensuring operational excellence and business performance
- Acting as a key leader on the floor and deputizing for the Boutique Director when required
