Job Description
Contribute to the success of the boutique by providing organizational and administrative support and by
executing assigned work within given time frames and in ways that meet objectives.
- Assist the Boutique Manager with coordinator, scheduling, reporting and various administrative tasks.
- Manage invoices, cash desk administration, team planning and other back-offie activieties.
- Support the use of internal systems and tools such as M3, Sugar and other operational platforms.
- Monitor and support inventory management, stock movements and product accesibility in line with company standards.
Qualifications
Profesional level of English ( written and spoken) is mandatory. Catalan is a plus.
Strong administratives and organizational skills, with the ability to manage boutique operations, handle ERP systems and work efficiently with bussiness applications and digital tools.
Proactive and service- oriented professional with excellent attention to detail, a strong sense of iniciative.
