职位描述

Work closely with AP ,Engineering to lead the new components introduction based on Continental sourcing procedures(ME, FC, SCR, APQP, R@R,PPAP, SLC) , report the component development status to Project SQM and project team.

Lead supplier quality problem solving, and drive root cause analysis and enforce the definition and implementation with 8D method and conduct supplier improvement programs.

Conduct and follow up for VDA6.3 maintenance audit to supplier, support new supplier introduction audit.

Support cross function on supplier quality related issues.
职位要求
Professional Experience & skills
-
3 years above of quality related working experience in Automotive industry;
-
Knowledge on related manufacturing process;
-
Knowledge on IATF16949, VDA6.3;
-
Good knowledge about APQP, PFMEA, MSA, SPC and usage on Quality Tools;

Good on both Oral and written English ;
-
Good communication and problem solving skills.
