Safety Officer

Aureol Global Connections is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to oversee and promote safety practices across all projects and operations. The Safety Officer will be responsible for implementing safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, prepare reports, and recommend preventive measures.
• Deliver safety training sessions and toolbox talks to employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain up-to-date records of safety performance, incidents, and training activities.
• Collaborate with management and project teams to promote a culture of safety.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on site.
• Stay informed about changes to safety regulations and industry best practices.

Requirements
