Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a car rental site, ensuring efficient vehicle rental and return processes, excellent customer service, proper fleet management, and compliance with company policies and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, monitoring vehicle availability and condition, coordinating vehicle maintenance, and ensuring the site meets operational and business targets.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Automotive Management, Logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in car rental operations, fleet management, automotive services, or site supervision.
• Experience managing staff and overseeing daily operational activities.
• Knowledge of vehicle inspection, maintenance coordination, and fleet administration.
• Good organisational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet or rental management systems.
• Valid driving licence, where required by the role.
