Location: Manhattan, New York — in-office, with flexible remote days and domestic/international travel
Compensation: $240,000 on-target first-year earnings ($120k base + $120k bonus with up to 2x multiplier)
Equity: 0.5–1%
Visa O-1 / H-1B sponsorship, where applicable
