About the Team

Our FP&A team drives some of Aurora's most important work — the budgeting, forecasting, and financial analyses that shape the financial future and strategic direction of the business. We're a small, high-performing team that owns the company's annual and quarterly financial planning cycles end-to-end, partners with leaders across the company, and pushes past reporting the numbers to actually driving action from them.
