The Role
As our Senior Compliance Manager, you’ll play a key role in strengthening AP+’s compliance management capability and supporting the organisation to effectively navigate an evolving regulatory environment.
You’ll provide trusted and practical compliance advice to support informed business decision-making, lead the development and continuous improvement of compliance frameworks and methodologies, and oversee monitoring and assurance activities. Working closely with business stakeholders and Group Risk, you’ll help identify and manage compliance risks, assess control effectiveness and turn complex regulatory requirements and compliance data into clear, practical insights.
