This is the job

You will help build and extend a unified AI-augmented Quality Engineering framework, combining test automation with AI orchestration, agentic workflows, governance, and CI/CD.

You will work on reusable AI-enabled automation capabilities, including MCP integrations, AI-assisted test generation, self-healing automation, test data management, and performance testing.


This is you

• Strong Python/software engineering experience, ideally including automation or framework development

• Hands-on experience with AI orchestration and agentic frameworks, such as MCP, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar

• Experience building or integrating LLM/AI-powered applications and workflows

• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants, such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar

• Good understanding of prompt engineering, instruction design, and context management

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably Jenkins and/or GitHub Actions

• Understanding of Governance-as-Code / PromptOps and versioned AI artifacts

• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing, automated evaluation, or self-healing automation concepts

• Experience with synthetic/test data generation is a plus

• Familiarity with performance/load testing tools such as Locust is a plus
  

This is your role

• Extend the existing automation framework with AI-enabled capabilities

• Implement AI orchestration and MCP-based integrations

• Create reusable prompts, instruction sets, and governance rules

• Enable AI-assisted test generation and self-healing capabilities

• Integrate the framework with Jenkins/GitHub Actions

• Support dynamic regression selection and parallel test execution

• Build reusable test data generation and management capabilities

• Support AI-assisted performance and load testing

• Track automation coverage, stability, execution time, and quality metrics
