Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview 

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a track record of building and scaling businesses in high-growth environments. This role will support hiring across a range of functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Technology, with a strong focus on Go‑to‑Market roles. 

As AvePoint continues its journey from US$500M to US$1B+ in revenue, our growth can only be fuelled by the best talent in the ANZ market.

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on Go‑to‑Market positions (e.g. BDRs, AEs, CSMs) 

• Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions
