About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused HR Services Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees, both on-site at our facility and virtually across EMEA. As a key member of our Global Workforce Operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating positive experiences for our workforce and fostering a supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee enquiries across multiple European countries, providing timely and accurate responses through various channels and our cloud-based case management system.

  • Validate and process changes in personal data, job information, and compensation in the HRM system while maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires across various European locations, preparing employment letters and contracts with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Assess, analyse, and resolve employee requests and concerns, collaborating with HR regional team members to ensure a seamless and positive employee experience.

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities in European HR processes and educate employees on available self-service tools and systems.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in human resources, with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Practical knowledge of HR administration, recruitment, GDPR, and data protection principles.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS platforms, and transaction management with a high level of accuracy.

Skills you need to succeed:

  • Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory) & Turkish language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility, strong organizational skills, continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion while working collaboratively.
