Sales Executive

Job Description

As our Sales Executive, you will be responsible for increasing the company’s revenues by achieving sales objectives within an assigned territory or account. This position also develops programs to achieve maximum sales volume consistent with sales projections.

Key Responsibilities

This is a hybrid position based at our Kagithane, Istanbul, Turkey location (1day/week in the office).

• Create, organize, and manage strategic territory and account plans to achieve revenue, volume, price, and mix objectives.
• Uncover and assess customer requirements to develop, present, and execute tailored value propositions and provide product recommendations, samples, technical support, and quotes.
• Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities and target accounts through screening techniques, referrals, and active prospecting.
• Build, strengthen, and manage long-term customer relationships by planning effective visits, conducting appropriate follow-ups, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and territory performance using SWOT analysis and accurate forecasting, collaborating cross-functionally to navigate complex customer challenges.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the apparel, textile or printing industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Turkish.
• Valid driving license with no obstacles to traveling.
• Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, communication skills, and a goal-oriented approach to account management.
