Client Engagement Director

Position & Purpose Summary At AVIA, the Client Engagement Director plays a pivotal role in strengthening the Client Engagement (CE) function by designing and building scalable systems, managing high-impact Member programs, and ensuring consistent delivery of value across the Network.  This role combines operational leadership with process innovation to ensure Members experience consistent, high-value interactions with the AVIA Network and to enable account owners to focus on strategic client relationships.
