Senior Alliance Manager

Overview

We’re seeking a strategic, results oriented and relationship-driven Senior Alliance Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage and grow VAR partnerships within the Microsoft, Sage, Netsuite and Acumatica ecosystems. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for partners, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, sharing partner feedback, and ensuring a seamless experience for joint customers. Success is achieved by developing opportunities, growing a solid pipeline, and jointly closing deals with VAR partners. The ideal candidate brings experience in SaaS, a strong network in the Microsoft ecosystem, and a proven track record of developing high-impact partner relationships.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, execute, and evolve Go-to-Market plans with partners, focusing on sales, marketing, solutions consulting, and leadership.
• Be accountable for sales pipeline and net new revenue generated through your VAR partnerships
• Coordinate and lead regular communication with partner sales organizations, including sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and operational updates.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance using both qualitative and quantitative metrics, including referral activity, leads, win-loss data, marketing program effectiveness, and engagement.
