As our Legal Counsel, you help AVILOO grow further while keeping our contracts and corporate matters in order, from software licences and supplier deals to new entities. This is a full-time position, where you'll join our Legal team as its fourth member. We'd love for you to work from our Vienna office 3-4x per week.- Software licence agreements: You draft, review, and negotiate the business software licences the company runs on. Your IT and software law know-how turns the fine print into terms that work for us.
- Supplier contracts: You own our supplier contracts from first draft to signature and make sure what we agree on paper matches what we need in practice.
