The Role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring for our Engineering and Product teams. You'll partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to build the technical bench that powers Avoca's next stage of growth. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role at a company scaling fast — you'll help define our technical hiring bar, build repeatable processes from the ground up, and close candidates in a competitive market.<
