• Small team with direct access to the founders. If you have a good idea, you implement it yourself.
• We grow fast enough that responsibility keeps opening up, and we prefer to fill it internally.

What you do

Build GTM systems at the largest GTM company in the DACH region.

• Build the AI-powered outbound systems our client uses to generate pipeline for itself and its clients.
• Head start. GTM engineering has only existed for about three years, and we've been doing it at scale ever since with 200+ clients.
• Own tooling with ArvanaOS, our own scrapers running on a local LLM and buying signals from 50+ data sources.–

• Strong integrations with Clay, n8n, Claude Code, HeyReach and Pipedrive. What you build goes into the system and runs for every client.
  

The Role:

• End-to-end outbound systems. From lead lists and enrichment to personalized copy at scale.</
