About the Role
We are looking for a reliable Support Specialists to support the day-to-day technical operations of an autonomous vehicle fleet in Austin.
This is primarily a technical support role focused on real-time issue intake, triage, documentation, and escalation. The person in this role will work closely with safety drivers, operators, and engineering teams to keep vehicles operational and ensure technical issues are clearly captured and routed for further debugging.
The ideal candidate has a general technical support background, is comfortable working in Unix command line environments on a daily basis, communicates clearly, and can stay organized while handling multiple requests in a fast-paced operational setting.
