UX Design Intern

Our Product team is excited to bring on talented interns to make a direct contribution! The vision of this role is to enable millions of people around the world to be recognized for the good work they are doing for their company. You will go deep into the needs of our core users and clients and support them on their end-to-end experience with Awardco. UX is evolving quickly as AI reshapes how design work gets done, and we’re looking for someone who’s curious about using these tools thoughtfully, not just quickly, to do their best work.

This internship has a target start date in April or May 2027 with an anticipated end date in August or September 2027 with the potential to extend. This is a full-time summer internship.
