As Head of Retail Relationships, you will be Axi’s senior sales leader for the retail and partner business across the UK, EU and LATAM, based in Cyprus.

You will own the full client lifecycle — from acquisition and activation through to retention and reactivation — while leading a high-performing, multi-lingual sales team. You will be responsible for delivering sustainable growth across funded accounts, net deposits, revenue and active clients, while maintaining the highest standards of client outcomes, conduct and regulatory compliance.
