What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with a strong background in Oracle Hyperion Planning and public sector budgeting, specifically focused on state financial planning.
What You Will Do on a Daily Basis
Requirement analysis and design to support EPM project
Responsible for the design and implementation of budget data models and reporting
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders
Responsible for the implementation of project requirements
Design of use cases and acceptance criteria and support UAT
Prepare technical documents, users manuals and training materials
Deliver presentations and workshops to guide end-users and stakeholders through system functionality
Support project management and ensure delivery outputs
Knowledge of relevant state planning regulations and sustainability practices is a plus

Able to work in close collaboration
Cross location teams (be able to work with teams in multiple locations – off-shore)
Challenging but adaptable mindset (needs to understand that not everything can be changed and needs to adapt to what cannot be changed)
Other:
Availability to travel to Africa
English level (C1 preferential)
