Commercial Banking Lawyer

We are currently seeking Commercial Banking Lawyers to support Axiom clients across financial services, banking, corporate, real estate and other industry sectors on a broad range of domestic and international finance matters. Relevant experience may include commercial lending, debt finance, trade finance, real estate finance, securitisation and related banking work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice on commercial banking and related finance matters, including corporate lending, bilateral and syndicated facilities, debt finance, trade finance, real estate finance and securitisation.
• Draft, review and negotiate finance documentation, including facility agreements, security documents, guarantees, intercreditor arrangements and related transaction documents.
• Advise banks, financial institutions, borrowers, corporates, property businesses and internal stakeholders on transaction structures, documentation, risk and commercial considerations.
• Work with legal, finance, treasury, risk, compliance, external counsel and deal teams to support transactions throughout their lifecycle.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer eligible to practise in the UK, or an equivalent qualificatio
