Location: On-Site in Mountainview, California or NYC 3 DPW
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to support a leading technology client's AI and connected applications team. In this role, you will draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with third-party partners integrating their services into AI-powered applications and other digital products.
This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, technology transactions, data privacy, and intellectual property. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to develop practical legal solutions that support innovative technology integrations while mitigating risk.
Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements with third-party technology and service providers integrating their platforms into AI-powered applications and digital products.
- Provide legal guidance on technology integrations, including APIs, Model Context Protocol (MCP), SDKs, and data flows.
- Advise on data privacy and security matters, including GDPR and CCPA compliance,
