We are seeking a Commercial Real Estate Finance Attorney to join our team supporting a sophisticated commercial real estate finance business. In this role, you will provide legal counsel on commercial real estate lending transactions, with a particular focus on multifamily agency finance. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to transaction teams and internal partners across loan origination, servicing, and asset management matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on commercial real estate financing transactions secured by multifamily properties, with an emphasis on lender-side representation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate loan, servicing, and related transaction documents.
• Counsel on title insurance, surveys, zoning, environmental matters, flood and casualty/liability insurance, post-closing covenants, and reporting requirements.
• Support multifamily agency finance matters involving Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA/HUD programs across loan origination, servicing, and asset management.
• Advise on GSE/FHA program requirements, Freddie Mac securitizations,
