We are currently seeking junior to mid-level Contract Managers to work on a remote or hybrid basis for some of the world's leading technology and life sciences companies. 

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor, procurement, technology, and professional services agreements.
• Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and business stakeholders to identify contract risks, resolve issues, and support timely deal execution.
• Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and approval workflows; improve contracting processes and contract lifecycle management.
• Track contract obligations, renewals, amendments, and key terms while supporting compliance with internal policies and applicable requirements.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full contract lifecycle management experience, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and administering complex commercial agreements
• Experience using and maintaining contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and contract data
