We are seeking Employment Lawyers to support clients based in the Detroit metro area. In this role, you will provide expert legal advice and support to our clients across a variety of industries, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk in all aspects of employment law. This is an existing vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating employment agreements, separation agreements, employee handbooks, workplace policies, and other labor and employment-related documents.
- Providing legal guidance on employment law matters, including wage and hour compliance, discrimination claims, pay transparency, workplace investigations, and employee relations.
