Financial Services Legal Analysts and Paralegals

We are currently seeking Financial Services Legal Analysts and Paralegals to work with Axiom at a tier 1 global investment bank.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare standardised amendments to derivatives and securities-financing master agreements and related documentation, using established templates, playbooks and data.
• Support high-volume documentation workflows, including reviewing instructions, producing documents accurately and escalating exceptions in line with agreed processes.
• Manage counterparty outreach, document execution, contract tracking, system updates and document-management activities throughout the process.
• Work closely with senior team leads and client stakeholders, following established procedures and contributing to accurate, efficient and timely programme delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Legal training through a law degree, GDL, LPC, SQE or equivalent experience as a paralegal or legal analyst supporting contract review, document production or other process-driven legal work.
• Strong attention to detail, data discipline and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of work and competing priorities accurately.
