Healthcare Supply Chain Lawyer

We are seeking experienced and dynamic Contracting Lawyers with at least 5 years of in-house legal experience in the healthcare industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts specific to the healthcare industry, including supply chain agreements, SaaS, IT, and procurement contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development, to support the company's commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation.
• Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide advice on risk assessment and management.
• Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to proactively address potential impact on the business.
• Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years of in-house legal experience within the healthcare industry, preferably including time in a health system or other healthcare‑focused organization.
