• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of complex commercial agreements, ensuring alignment with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice and strategic guidance on a variety of transactions and business initiatives.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to develop and implement legal strategies that support business priorities.
