Job Description
We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within Financial Services to join our fast growing team! This will give you a great opportunity to expand your skill set and gain more exposure by working with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3–10 years experience
- Significant experience in financial services
- Strong transactional background (macro or credit) with the ability to manage end to end matters independently
- Private practice and In house experience within financial institutions is highly preferred
- Ability to provide clear, commercially focused legal advice under tight timelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
